Does anyone know the name of the girl from Australia that played the Ernie Ball stage at the Crossroads festival?

Tyler what kind of pedal are you using on her?
Is it a delay to make the moment last longer? :D

She was too busy doing her hair while not playing the guitar to talk.

Ask anyone who was in attendance if I'm joking.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

I've been listening to her homegrown CD for a couple of years now. It's really got great feel. I bought it from her before she moved to LA and signed with Geffen. She's touring with Steve Vai now apparently. In case anyone cares, I did exchange a couple of emails with her last year and here are some details she gave me if anyone is interested:

Hi Mike,

Thanks for your email and kind words!

I have been playing guitar since I was six...I am 21 now.

I studied classical when I was 10 and picked up the electric after attending
a Santana show in Adelaide when I was 11..I was blown away !

I would practice when I got home from school for about 3-4 hours a night, I
just loved to learn as much as I could listening to Gary Moore, BB King,
Carlos Santana, Eric Clapton and Stevie Ray Vaughan.

I try to play as much as I can and try to translate the melodies I hear in
my head through the guitar...

I dont use the GT6 any more...I like to plug into a Hughes and Kettner Tri
amp and a bad Horsie 2 wah with a bit of delay and reverb.

I hope I have answered you questions.

Thanks again for your support!

Warmest regards

Orianthi

I have gotten used to the clarity and definition of Tyler's Luke. That PRS wasn't doing her playing justice to my ears. I saw lots of hand movement, but the notes were undefined; and her amp was at head level to me as I sat just off to stage right.

Yeah, MusicMan!
