A solution was found, albeit a more expensive solution, and KennetB can expect to have his Dargie SR5 H on Wednesday August the 8th!

This very well may be the first Dargie at that high latitude!

Poor guy was in such a hurry to see it, he cut himself opening the box!

I just shipped to Germany for the second time with UPS and the cost was about 280.00 each time but what a pain in the ARS!!!will not ever do it again, not worth it.

Sorry about the reflections from the wall in these pics. The day my buddy was trying to take these it was raining all day long and this was the only thing to do:
Putting the bass out on the balcony in a stand, take the pic and then quickly get the bass inside again.
Yes, I very stupidly managed to cut myself when opening the box. Unbelievable!!
It was deep too, I had to go to the doctor cause it wouldn't stop bleeding!!
It's the stupidest thing I've ever done!!
Well anyway, I'm better now and the bass is just fantastic!!!
