Press the "Print Scrn" key. Then go to paint...paste...save as JPEG.

Go to ImageShack® - Hosting and host it.

Thats how I do it...there may be an easier way

for mac users, there'a nice imageshack widget...

just drag your pic inside it , it copies the URL by itslf, you just have to paste...il aslo generates the code...really really fast !!!
