Just booked flights and room at La Quinta. Fly into Palm Springs at about 1730 on the 27th. What time is the Toto gig, I should be able to make that? I'm very excited.

I'm assuming that desert being desert it is going to be hot that time of year. However, I'm heading to San Francisco for a few days after the bash, will I need to pack a wooly jumper?

Flying into LAX then a connection to Palm Springs. I'm sitting at my desk about to start work, and typing this is making me eager with anticipation. Can't wait.

Seriously, we went to Boston back in May and with the exchange rate, plus the really low prices in a lot of the shops, the savings that we made on clothes were incredible.

The "summer" we've had so far in the UK, that is no joke. Lots of rain, very little sunshine and cold. I just got in from work and have my central heating on!
