starting over with a morse this time.

so. massive life disasters abound for me and my beloved collection of music man's may or may not be gone forever. long story.

I have moved back to the united states and the first thing I did was buy a bloody georgous sapphire black steve morse - which would be my second, but the first was stolen at least a year or so ago.

I just flat out forgot how great the morse is. I was planning to get my hands on an axis or SS in the next couple of months because that's what I had been really using as my main guitar for the last 6 years I think now. but I' a bit hooked on the morse for now.

many thanks to steve, BP, and all the people that make these guitars. at the end of the day , when the world may as well be falling down around me, jacking my MM into my MK I combo just fixes everything.

just thought I'd share.

The "disaster" doesn't sound very pretty. :cool:

Congrats on the Morse. Should you be able to post pics, we'd all love to see it. :)

I think I can relate. Not so long ago, my life took a radical turn (also a long story). I found myself in New Zealand, broke and with a nearly expired visa. I sold my last possession to pay my way back to the states, my last and favorite guitar. Everything I'd gained over a lifetime career and marriage ended. To boot, my heart took a dump.

But there's one really cool thing about nature: it is self correcting. A fresh start always shows itself. We just have to stay up, and humbly accept what gifts are offered.

I'm happy you have a great guitar again. A man must have his priorities, yeah?

A friend posted this chart on another forum. No matter what, a life should always tell a good story.

Thanks, BP. I think these things are cliché when there’s no or little real life practical experience behind them. But when you live through them, they become quite real.

many thanks again and I'm looking forward to getting back out and playing my MM again. God I love the morse model. why did I buy all those Axis SS's ? oh, wait. they were damn awesome too.

lookig forward to re-building my family of balls again one of these days...
