Has MM announced a release date for the BONGO 6 or JM Models?

Look for the Bongo 6 at Winter NAMM. This is rumor only, though.

As far as I know, there is no JM model.

A 'coupla reasons why a November 'reveal' for the Bongo 6 would be swell:

-it'd be a great way to kick off Thanksgivings Day/week festivities

-Around November 17, the Leonids meteor shower reaches its peak

-because it's sooner than waiting for NAMM!!!
