what's your favorite dream band? don't say DT, dixie, LTE, Platypus, Transatlantic or even bonJovi. make your own line up for vocalist, guitarist, bassist, drummer and keyboar player. write down where they originally came from. then name it. :D

haha, this will be interesting....

Shannon Wright (solo artist): vocals/guitar
Greg Ginn (Black Flag): guitar
Jeordie White (Marilyn Manson/A Perfect Circle/Nine Inch Nails): bass
Taylor Hawkins (Foo Fighters): drums

Okay that band would be extremely loud and almost unlistenable. And yeah it's okay if you don't know who half those people are. :)

Okay, I wouldn't call this a dream lineup, but I think it could be a fun one.

Vox: Umm...I don't know, but I'll do it so I can be on stage with these guys. :p I don't even have to sing. I can just get up there with a tambourine and a microphone. :p Besides, do these guys really need a singer? :)
Guitar: John Petrucci
Guitar: Steve Morse
Bass: Dave LaRue
Keys: Jordan Rudess
Drums: Rod Morgenstein

vocals: Alicia Keys
guitar: Jeff Beck
guitar: Carlos Santana
bass: Flea
keys: see vocals
drums: Neil Peart
additional noises: Steve Vai, Ry Cooder, and the Tower of Power horn section

name: Infinity (yes, I know that's like ripping off a car manufacturers product ... but think of how long the tunes would be and how crazy it would get if everyone stepped up for a solo - even if only for a couple of bars ...)

Guitar: Josh Homme-Queens of the Stone Age
Guitar: Tom Morello-Rage Against the Machine
Guitar: Jack White-The White Stripes
Keys: Andre 3000-Outkast
Bass: Flea- Red Hot Chili Peppers
Drums: Chad Sexton-311
Vocals: Any combination of Josh, Jack, and Andre switching between lead and backing

This band might be a crowded mess, and would probably have some super long name (looking at what bands they come from), but I think they would make some interesting sound.
