hey all.
i have a stingray (pre EB) with a stripped truss nut. after great effort i have removed it (i filed a slot in it so i could turn it with a screwdriver) but i was wondering if anyone could tell me where i could get a replacemrnt nut? i tried a Fender 'bullet' nut but it was too wide to fit in the channel. thanks....

wow - unbelievable!!! Your customer service alone (*between BP/Kevin, and the others) is going to put other guitar companies out of business!!

I feel really good - it's as though it was my part??!!

that is cool, I can imagine what an awesome place that must be to work.

especially the last 6 years :) :) All joking aside it is an awesome place to work....we have a great crew here and I consider my co-workers to be friends! Not to mention we'll be having Oriental Salad, Beef Teriaki and White Rice for lunch today(thats right we get hot cattered lunches everyday) :) :)

6 years ago this time i was attending college and working part time for Napa Auto Parts and a local Surf Shop. The Napa that I was working at was getting closed down and it was time to get a new job that would help me through school. Little did I know that job would turn into a career. I had always known that EB/MM was based in town and had heard from a friend that they were hiring a part time sales person. I turned in the app and kept my fingers crossed!! Got a call back for an interview a week later....then one more interview the following week and I found out I got the job. 4 months part time Domestic Sales, 3 1/2 years in Domestic Sales and 2 years this month in International Sales/Customer Service. Working here has enabled me to hang around the likes of a BP, Dan Norton, Dudley Gimpel etc. and learn so many valuable lessons....technical, sales, business relations and beyond. Things happen for a reason!! I've met so many great people and have learned so much working here....looking forward to continuing that trend!!
