Rush in the UK

Just back from back to back Rush gigs here in London on Tuesday and Wednesday nights.

What can I say? Fantastic as ever. New material sounding good. Plenty of hot chicken for all!

In fact I think we should keep them now. Let's face it you folks in the US and Canada have had more than your fair share over the last 15 years of so while we've mostly had a Rush-drought (completely dry from '91 to '04), so we'll send them back to you say in about 12 years?

Yeah, I saw them in Glasgow last week, great show.

The 3 screens with the close-ups during the show were great, Neil Peart looked jiggered* after his solo (which was awesome)!

Now if BP could just persuade them to add a little EBMM magic to the proceedings...





*Scottish term for "rather tired"

Did Neil have a chicken leg hanging from one of his cymbal stands at the UK shows? A guy came out and basted it at the Dallas show. Pretty darned funny!
