Very nice read

You do things your way, and it works, for all parties, you, your employees, and the customer. Its a win win win situation.

Nice read, I've been wondering, what is your "mission statement" at EBMM if you have one? We've been asked to come up with some for our individual depts where I work, in addition to our corporate one .

Thanks for the link BP, it's a great read and I love that guitar nearly as much as the tri tip at the Firestone. Actually I love the guitar more because I'm on a diet ;)

He has already, specially to me.

I have never seen a company so committed and interactive as Ernie Ball. BP really reminds me of my father when it comes to a business perspective. My dad is also a man who doesn't just thinks of numbers and gets into the relations and the needs and wants of employees in the company.

BP you really play as not only an outstanding businessman, but a father figure and role model to me. You're an amazing person!

Thanks BP for sharing the great read. It is nice to see a company that takes good care of their own within. It makes me feel better about spending money with that company.

An interesting and enlightening, yet entertaining article. Especially those 250'000 strings each day had me in !

Great to see that there's still someone with strong principles and sound ethics doing well in today's fast paced business world -- making the world a better place, one bass at the time!

Love & Peace
