Thanks, BP....that makes me feel much better!!! :D

I hate doing stuff like that...makes me feel like I'm going back on my word...but it's the nature of impulse purchases. You wake up the next day and say "Wait a minute...what did I do?"

If this were ten years ago I would never have taken it back. Older and more responsible, I guess.

I feel good that I returned it in somewhat better condition than I got it.

And my wife never noticed the extra case....hehehehe........ ;)

Getting another bass is probably inevitable. I'm just biding my time until you guys produce something that is going to make my wallet leap out of my pocket of its own accord.

So did you have to return the mixer too?

Nope.

They actually cost-averaged the whole ticket at the time of the original deal, which meant that the mixer was sold to me at a discount. I was expecting to have to pony up the difference (about $25), but the asst. manager who sold me the bass in the first place just waved his hand.

Great guy. I will definitely be giving him business in the future.
