Hey guys I recently had to sell off my honeyburst sr4 maple board to help cover some attorny fees...so i'm now saving up for another ray, and was wondering if some of you can post pics of your tobacco burst rays.....I really loved the honeyburst, and would have bought that color again, but then I see a tobacco burst while looking around the basscentral site....anyway now i'm not sure which i like better,,,,so please so your tobacco pics....

It really takes good picture taking techniques to truly show how beautiful the finish is... If you have seen it in person and loved it... go with that instead of pictures off of a website... Aside from the pictures taken by some of the guys on the forum here... theperfectbass really has some good quality shots.

Hey Martin, also consider Black Cherry Burst. IMO, it looks even more killer with a maple neck.

That's Vintage Sunburst. Great colouring. Did you buy your bass new or used?

Brand spanking new. I don't even think it was on the wall at a music store.. The serial number fairy tells me it was built June 2nd, 2006. I bought it on something like the 28th.
