Well... after a week, the new arrival Bongo finally settled in with the South Carolina heat and humidity... I noticed a good buzz up and down the fretboard... easy tweak with the truss rod...
well... then comes the problem.
Without an allen wrench within arms reach... I noticed my cheap Apple ear buds within reach... so throught process. Mini Jack -> about same size as allen wrench -> grab ear buds-> proceed to tweak the truss rod.
*Snap*
So now I have a piece of the mini jack chilling in the wheel... And I suppose I should have learn my lesson to go grab an allen wrench... Nope.... but a nail worked just fine and the adjustments were made... plays like butter once again.
Moral of the story. Don't use the mini jack from your headphones to tweak your truss rod... should never stick something into something that it shouldn't be there anyways
