USA, for now, but a Brit at heart
when the pics come thru, I would not be suprised if it looks like a sunburst. I can see this is a color that you are really going to have to see in person to appreciate it.

Btw, I was watching that tv show on the rich and famous. They had a special on the world's biggest and most lavish yachts. This famous designer, I forget which one, had his whole boat painted in mystic dream (obviously he didn't call it that). But I swear, if was an iridescent paint that looked just like MD; changing colors and all!

There's a lot of paints out there like that. MD is a good example though. Ever see "chromallusion" on a car? That's like a purple/gold color changer, it looks totally unreal.

Hell will freeze over before my Dargie changes hands, or at least until I'm long gone. Of those Dargies that changed hands I believe some were people speculating the market and others just found themselves in a situation where they just needed the dough.

But I'm really liking the color on that SR up above.

I would need to see an entire guitar of the 08 LE before making a call but I've always disliked rootbeer colours.

The only LE I would have bought so far is the radiance red with the black headstock (04?) and I managed to miss that one. I quite liked the black with gold hardware (06?) but not enough to consider buying one.

Whilst I'm on I like Autumn Redrise. Do I like it enough to enough to buy one (which is what BP would want to know) - it would depend on the model and the cost.

I've already had several people wanting to pre-order the new LE...JUST based on BP's "sneak peek". BP, are you guys still playing around with it, or is that pretty much it? I think it's very cool for what it's worth...I'm not much of a bassist, but that color SCREAMS to be on a Bongo.

keep on keepin' on...you can't please everyone all the time.

I don't doubt that you've had calls already - I think the headstock photo is quite spectacular. But personally, I think the color SCREAMS to be on an AL!!! (W/MM90s & piezo )

;)
