I found another hardtail Axis on eBay and quickly grabbed it up. THis one is in almost flawless condition. It has some pick scratches, but hey, it's a guitar. It's supposed to be played. I snapped a few pics it along with it's counterparts.

The sunburst unfortunately is going away to make room and clear some funds up for the purple one, and for my other Axis that should be ready in a few weeks.

Nice score, but looks like that fretboard is begging for some Murphy's Soap.

Already done. I spent the past hour and a half cleaning, sanding (steel wool), oiling, and polishing the neck. There's still some deeper grime that I'll have to get to later, but it looks drastically better.

Tony,
Nice snag. Very cool top, although I really like the honeyburst too. Shame you can't keep that one too...

It's shame I keep breaking it up. This is my sixth EBMM that I've owned in the last 2-3 years. I'd love to get to a point where I get the ones I want and keep them.
