For those that really want more string space I suggest this... Buy an Sr5 or the new Sterling 5 and only put three strings on it, leave the D and E slot empty, space galore!

Oh mannnnn..... I can't stand basses with wide spacing.
That's why I sold them in the first place. And that extended scale bull....
Maybe it helps but I never noticed with VERY LOUD DRUMS! (WHAT?) 2 guitar players, loud big P.A. , singers etc. etc.

Just really want to try that Sterling 5!

I have, but the SR5 does well too.
