The pics I've seen of GP range from the silvery side of gunmetal to almost black. Can anyone who has this color chime in on this?

Accurate pics would be much appreciated.

I guess a better question is, Is the color below closer to GP, or Egyptian Smoke?

Thats pretty close, maybe even a bit darker. But of course the correct answer is that all those pictures you have seen are right as it really changes colours depending on the lighting.

Thanks! Some of the colors I'm looking at (CBP, GP, ES) do seem to vary wildly with the lighting, camera, video display, etc.

Graphite Pearl is a GREAT color. I saw one at a Guitar Center a while back and have been wanting one over since... So I ordered me a Graphite Pearl Stingray yesterday.

TK, that is nice! I'm considering that combo for my next guit....uh, Musicman instrument. :)

You guys on the Bass Forum were more helpful than the guys on the Guitar side...I might hang out here more ;)
