Hey guys
I picked it up yesterday, somebody was really hard on her.there is lumps taken out of it.
I gave her a new set of slinkeys,a good clean up and a bit of all round TLC.

the picture is not great i will take some more when i have her looking better.

I have a question,is the action meant to be so low?? its really really low but there is no fret buzz at all.

so what do i think of the Bongo?????

its mad,i was never crazy about how it looks, but i do love the story of how it was made.i must weight it to see how light it really is as it feels much lighter than i taught it would be.

it pains me to say this but it is just amazing to play neck like butter, action is so so so low and as for the tone it is jst animal.........

i am playing 2 gigs this weekend,do i take a chance and bring the bongo instead of my much loved SR5........i think i will.........god what is this amazing bass,Pops what have you made here.

its very hard to say no to the Bongo

maybe i will bring both,i cant think of playing a gig without my SR5........but man the Bongo is one hell of a bass.

I think you're the first bass player ever to complain about low action without fret buzz!! :D

Nice score!
