Smaller portions, eat more often, get some exercise. It's not rocket science, and doesn't require expensive "special food".

I've lost about 22 pounds since the November. No NutriSystem though.. in my case, I bought a nice elliptical machine and use it daily. I got a pretty nice one, so my wallet lost weight too!

You are exactly right Mark. I've known those things for years but I was still fat.
Some of us need a little help. We are going to eat anyway so why not buy their food and follow their program to make it easy? I can tune a bass by ear but I use an expensive "special tuner" so I get it right.

That's great Steve and Fred! I like the elliptical that I use at the gym. I have a treadmill at home but I don't use it very often. I go to the gym and use either the elliptical or the step mill.
I was really glad to see the footage with my SR5 DD HS in it. I know the infomercial is running on the Fox Reality network, ION and CNBC. That's all I've heard about so far. Let me know if you see it anywhere else.

I spent 20 years in the gym,i played rugby and American football,i even got on the Irish Football squad.When my daughter came along i stopped.never felt so free !!

Stanky - was it a standard 30 second spot or one of the infomercials?
I watched a 30 minute infomercial early morning last weekend while eating breakfast just to see if Larry was one of the featured testimonials, but alas, he was not.

It was the 30 minute infomercial. It's brand new. As far as I know it debuted this weekend. I don't know of any way to see it other than catching it on one of the "Paid Program" slots that it runs in. They don't tell the "talent" anything. They keep us all in the dark.
A friend of mine called me this morning and said "That's the second time I've heard your voice today.". I was a little confused for a second and then realized that he had seen the infomercial this morning. He saw it at 5 a.m. on Bravo. He did say it was strange to hear my voice in his living room first thing this morning. I did apologize for that.
