I know I'm preaching to the choir here..but just in case any lurker-germ-bots happen upon my brief sermon..here goes..
I just got my SR4 back from the shop after experiencing a "boo-boo" that had developed..(that's tech-talk for the uninformed among you..).
I must say I was quite shocked upon inspecting the bass out of the box.
It is now basically indistinguishable from new; down to a fresh setup, new strings and even a fresh battery..!
In these days of..umm..errrr..."outsourcing" not only bits in the manufacturing chain but also customer service it sure is refreshing to have such a positive experience.
Certainly NOT the norm in our new-millennium big-box culture..

Great products made even better by exemplary and hassle-free support..
---------------I'm blown away..

Thanks and a chapeau-tip to Dan and all the gang!

happy..?

why..I'm happier than a tornado in a trailer park!

I shudder at the thought of what this experience could have been like "elsewhere".

-nuff said..

Well if there is a down side to EBMM customer service it’s that it spoils you when you have to deal with another company’s customer (no) service.

You would not believe what hell I’m going thru with this other company that makes organ amps that spin the sound around and around. I’m sure getting some “spin” alright!

There is a big difference between “Hello, how may I help you?” and “That never happens, what did you do to it?”

EBMM customer service is absolutely the BEST in the business and I don’t take that for granted.

I'll second that, they go out of their way, erm, out of their country, out of their continent even, to help, it's really amazing!

And the funniest thing is that I bet it even pays. I mean, the grumpy a**hats elsewhere also have salaries, and with the amount of communication they produce just denying anything is wrong I seriously think the MM way of taking such amazing care of us is cost efficient.
