I don't mind too loud. Too fast is another story though. LOL

Yeah anything 200bpm or more I play at half pace. :) A really loud half pace.

And I am old enough nobody messes with me for doing it. :)

You never hurt a bass line by leaving out parts. Especially if you leave out the guitar parts. :)

I have a friend who is 71 still gigging 2-3 times a week and scores women 30 yrs younger than him....

He is my hero.....


and a heck of a nice guy too.
