Buy the one you want. Do you really want your decision to be influenced by school kids, church goers, rednecks, house husbands, geeks, serving and former members of the military, punk rockers, metal heads, people who used to have afros, Limeys, Norwegians, Volvo drivers, and grumpy old farts with bad fashion sense?

None of those apply to me. I'm just your run-of-the-mill evil alien, bent on world domination.

Therefore you should listen to me and get yerself a Bongo.

If you don't, my good buddy Gort will melt your face.

I do NOT go to church, sir.

Bongo, Smak, which you know I was going to say.

Perhaps I should add that in my 24 years of playing and at least 100 basses I have owned, I have never owned a musicman, although I did attempt to buy a sabre at one point as well as a fretless cutlass with a graphite neck but their owners were holding fast.....

I did indeed sir, Although you have been known to be a bit of um a ahhh whore, if I may say so...

I've settled down a lot. The Bongo did that. It has those kinds of magical powers.

I'm glad to see you here again. Even happier to know that you're looking to join the few, the proud, the insane. If there's anything I can help you with - you know.

Hello and welcome, Smak! Good to see you again!

I voted for the 2008 LE HS, because I think HS Sterlings are the shiznit. And "Stankyburst" is really a great color. That said, I think Bongos are even more the shiznit and had to lend Ben my Dargie Sterling HS, great as it is, because he gives it the love and I am so stuck on my Bongos. But if for some bizarre reason you're prejudiced against a Bongo (mmm - a 2008 LE single HP would be swwwwweeeeeet) then by all means, I think a Sterling HS is a capital idea.
