EVH "Goldie" Routing under Floyd Tremolo

Just got a japanese mag in the mail (special issue of young guitar) where Evh´s guitar are pictured in detail and so I got very close pictures of the EB guitars of him .

1.His main EBMM EVH in trans gold has a top routing under the Floyd Rose, why is this. Now there is a Gotoh installed, but originally there was a Original FR installed right? this would be interesting.

2. There are also pics of the unfinished EVH proto with the Axis Logo, a baritone EVH with Floyd trem!!!, black baritone EVH, and a EVH with 3 SC PUPs.And the two doublenecks of course, piece of art, wow.

3.A strange EBMM EVH copy in trans red made by Greco is also pictured, didn´t know they tried to copy that too.

Very interesting to see some of the guitars up close front and back.

Now I have to find somebody who translates this mag for me since mag japan is as good as my chinese

There are stories about EBMM and an interview with seymour duncan as well, to sad but great pics of the guitars

Yeah, that looks like one of many prototypes. There's a pic of him playing one outside at one point.
