Help me decide!!!

I'm considering getting another 20th. One with RW board and hardtail (since mine are both trems) and no piezo... I'm highly tempted by this one, since the 20ths are the shiznit...

But then, of late, a Silhouette Special SSH is seriously getting to me. Non piezo. That lure of a single coil on a 22 fret neck position on a guitar built by EBMM's construction standards is too attractive to pass.

The main difference (aside from the obvious) is that I might be able to get the 20th quickly, but I'll probably have to wait for the SS for 6 months... Should I bother to wait and fiddle with both my 20ths for now? or just grab and hoard as many 20ths as I can find?

agree, maybe 2 20th's is enough, the silo special is really really ace. you should be lured to the 22 fret neck single coil!

The guitar on the left is probably going to be my next ball, except maybe with piezo and matching HS. I think you'll love the tonal variety of two 20ths and an HSS.

Lionel, personally, if you're going for another Silo, I'd go for that white one with the mother of pearl pickguard, that thing just screams classy.

I know Phil... But it's either that, or a nice vintage sunburst... Imagine a Silo Spec in vintage sunburst, gold hardware, black pickguard and white pups and white knobs... Sort of like an SRV... heheheh... yum!

Of the three SILO's in your original post, I'm liking the white and the burst with black pickgaurd best. Funny, I used to not like white guitars or cars. I just got a white (well off-white) car and I'm really starting to dig white guitars. That white silo & pickguard combo is hot!
