Fraudulent eBay auction '91 EBMM EVH

Hey guys,
This seller just sold an EBMM EVH guitar in this auction Monday night and now refuses to respond to any attemps that the winning bidder has made to try to contact him ....
Ernie Ball EVH Signature Series - eBay (item 170196298311 end time Feb-25-08 14:32:33 PST)

Now he is running another auction for the same guitar ...
Ernie Ball EVH Signature Series - eBay (item 170197835777 end time Mar-02-08 10:04:40 PST)

The seller won't respond to ANY emails or inquiries through eBay.
I myself emailed the seller several times during the first auction in an attempt to obtain the serial number, but never received a response.

Please also note that this seller is asking for "wire transfer" only.

I also tried to contact him and received no response.

Wire transfer = fraud. Stay away!

I won the original auction, and I used all his "official" ebay contact info to try and reach the guy after I won the auction - and its no longer valid. Stay far away from this one!!!!

Looks like an old ID that someone hijakced, maybe? Only one other transaction since 2004 - and for a guitar - and just a week ago - maybe a setup with a buddy to make the ID look current? Just guessing......

Actually, what it is , there are a bunch of guys at the VH forum that are aware of this scumbag. They have a bet with each other to see how high they can make the bidding, as they know its a sham ........................

The auction was removed by the seller "because of an error in the listing" just before I was going to place my $20,000 bid.
