It was a pleasure hanging out with you gentlemen.

And for the record, that is not my drunk face.

That is the Beagle Death Queso Indigestion face.

Totally worth it...

The living room was full of basses and the Markbass rigs.

God bless Marco and especially BP! I set them up separately - one LMII with a 2-10 and one LMII with a 1-15. At one point, I did hook both cabs up to the same head for Big Boom. Everyone was very impressed.

The purple room is the one-car garage that I converted right away to a music room/studio/rehearsal space. It's generally called "The Scream Parlour" because this is what my buddy Fred (RIP) used to call the control room at any studio we were working in. We spent a lot of time mixing and so on.....so I've had a Scream Parlour in Miami, in California and now in Texas.

Those are JBL JRX100s and have been great mains for many coWpilot shows and do double duty as stereo speakers when needed. (Which is most of the time now.)

I love my Markbass stuff, but it was interesting to once again fire up The Big Rig - a Sunn 1200s and two Ampeg cabinets (4-10 and 1-15). I can't imagine lugging it around anymore, but it does make a very grand sound and can scare guitarists quite nicely.

And it's Monday and there are STILL basses and MB rigs in the living room!

So you are saying your wife is still away?

I have a set of the JBL Mpro 415's great pa speakers....I dont think my gal would be too loudly if I set it all up with the stereo....I am in a townhouse the neighbours may not like it...specially if I had the 2 powered subs going..

It was a great time, and a good group of guys.

The death queso worked its magic on the plane yesterday, for sure. Nothing like a captive audience.

It was good seeing ya'all, and I will practice up a bit more before next time, so I don't puss out again, Jack. Promise.

I was wondering what caused the gastric disturbance! Wow! This experience has given an entire new meaning to flatulence.

We had a great time. Ate and drank like men do when there are no womenfolk around. LOL I woke early Sunday morning feeling none the worse for wear. OK, I was a human balloon, but other than that I was fine.

Thanks for everything, Jack.

Well I guess that's what I get for disappearing from the forum for a few months (in an effort to reduce GAS).:( I would've loved to have been there. As it turns out I was hosting a casino night on the 15th so I was having some fun but I could've moved that to the 14th and done both! Maybe next time ......

Glad I wasn't the only one that basically "exploded" on Sunday . . . .

Denver area.
Looks like a great time was had by all. Good knowing you guys got together, that's a very cool thing. We just arrived in Denver today, so maybe those of us local to this area can follow this fine example sometime in the not too distant future.

Later.
