I just watched the DT Live in LA '07 bootleg video and have to say I think the BFR JP DARGIE is the hottest guitar ever made. Anyone else seen this thing in action? wonder if I can't get a screen shot...

It's a very unique color, the dargie green, but I don't know that I would want to own one. The martini inlays are a little "froo froo"...

Yeah...the inlays aren't really my thing, I much prefer the normal inlays or the JP inlays.

But speaking of JP's Dargie, does it have a maple top like the other BFRs?

That's a good question, I would assume it does as it's a BFR, but I don't know!

I dig the inlays, btw.

"that top sucks"

I would take a guess that his BFR Dargie is like the Axis models with opaque/solid colors, which still have a maple top - even though you can't see it.

Only EB staff will be able to say for sure!

First chance in the Sun -- JP6 BFR Pics inside

Today was the first time I've had a chance to take pictures of my JP6 BFR on a decent day in the sun. I have to say, different angles, different looks on this guitar. Oh, yeah... and it's the only guitar I've played since getting it in late December!

Here they are...
