Im sounding anal retentive, but i have noticed that when you adjust the spoke wheel truss rod, the openings can get a little ragged, from use, and adjusting. I had too small a tool at first and had stubborn wheel. If i want my spoke nut openings to look new again, for future reference, can i simply buy a stewmac spoke wheel ($5) and interchange it with Ernie ball's??? Are the threads the same? I also want the bass to always look mint for resale purposes...

....Yes, Bob led me down the right path, now the tools i use are correct...Sorry...from my first post using "anal retentive" and "small tool" in the same paragraph I should have known I would have it coming...I asked for it...
