After 10 of the most agonizing, torturous weeks of waiting, my Bongo6 is here!:D

It's beautiful! The official first tune played on it was..."Learning to Live" by Dream Theater.


Pic could be better. I haven't removed the plastic film from the pickguard yet.!

Wow, let me be the first to officially congratulate you!!;)

Awesome bass!! And nice choice on first tune to play on it. One of my very favorite DT songs.

Now I need someone's help. I can't seem to add any more pics (attachments). Is there a max for newbies? I'm maxed at 146kb. Am I doing something wrong?:(

I haven't weighed it yet, but it is definately lighter than my original Yamaha TRB6P ( the one Patitucci used during his early days with Corea's Elektric Band). I have shoulder cramps and knotted all up after a 3 set night with that thing. But it does sound good.

Neck is a little narrower and string spacing much narrower on the Bongo6. May take a little getting used to. Been playing that TRB6P since March '92.
