Cool! Just out of curiosity, where from? I love the Schaller lockings tuners on my axis super sport, but I'm not really into the mother of pearl buttons. Black or chrome ones would be great.

I've just recently aquired an Axis with non locking Schaller tuner buttons - pearl ones... Anyone want to do a swap for some chrome ones?

I got these too! They're gonna go on my 20th, and my LE08 when it arrives. Still awaiting delivery of the buttons AND the LE08...

Believe it or not, your ex-20th has been quite an education for me in terms of pups and wood combos... Those DiMarzios I've put in are nice. Very nice. But because I have the same bridge pup in this one as I do in the JP6, it's made me realise how much difference the body wood makes...
But it's my go-to ball, and the JP6 has been relegated into a reserve role... heh.
With this one I'm getting from Norrin, I'll be trying something very different. a Humbucker From Hell in the neck, and a FRED in the bridge...
Oh, and those Ebony Tuners? They're going on yours... Norrin's will get Pearloid ones... Then the LE08 (when it gets here) will also have the Ebony tuners...
Can you imagine Ebony buttons on GOLD tuners???
