Just found this SR4 on ebay claiming to be egyptian smoke. It clearly isn't. It seems to be some sort of pale green colour. Looks pretty nice though. Is this colour official or a refinish?

Wow, yeah, def not egyptian smoke. That would be more like the old Metal Flake Green finish. Very rare, in my book. I've been looking for instruments in that color, but that isn't a 5er...

Yeah, I don't know what kinda egyptian smoke that guy's been smokin. I wouldn't know what to call that ... seafoam green? lime sherbert?

Most probably because it does not have a matching headstock (my reason).
Maybe also because, actually, it's ugly...
