Prices in japan and beyond

Hey guys,
Your favorite aunt here.
You guys gotta dig that a small cup of lobby coffe is 15 bucks US in Japan! The value of the dollar is going down and down all over the world and it hurts. I travel alot. i used to buy alot of stuff overseas. Now I buy here in the USA. Its cheaper.
Having said that, I leave for europe tommorow for 2 weeks for some biz.
Life is expensive.
Biffer, miss you and the boys. have some fun and remember.. more lotion. haha
Hope y'all are havin a great day.
Its my oldest daughter's 23rd B day today. She is dragging me off to a sushi joint and sake bombs. haha Taking a cab of course!
I JUST got back from the desert and I was Sooo good. My wife had me on this body-internal organ cleanse for a week. I feel great. I had to after my sons 21'st B day Vegas weekend 9 days ago. hahaha
I could go on. I am so ying and yang. I guess it will be yang tonight.

Holy **** Steve! Do you even age? I had no idea how old you were... until I remembered listening to the song Africa on vinyl when I was like 2 or 3 years old. :D ;) Just think, one of the first guitar solos I ever head was on the song Rosanna. :)

BP nice to see you and the boys having fun. You are getting skinny.

But your guitar playing looks like you are trying not to fart. :)

Have fun every minute of the trip and take some more pictures.

Love the corporate culture. Top drawer, always. Um, Korean Airlines flight notwithstanding.

Having lived and worked in Korea (training pilots for KAL of all things!) I can honestly say that the best lessons I learned were; 1) How to open a beer bottle with a bamboo chopstick, 2) Never ask what it is that you are eating, 3) Don't ever put your friends or family on Korean Airlines... BP, is it too late to change your return flight to an American flag carrier? (UAL, NW, etc...) I saw pilots over there that shouldn't even allowed to ride a bicycle!... Their safety record is about the same as Air India's...On a lighter note (literally!) BP you look great! CONGRATS ON THE WEIGHT LOSS! Take care and have fun over there! Thanks for the photos...(send more of the "let's wrestle" girl!) -Capt. Don

ok.....just because you guys are having a great time in Japan doesn't mean you can take time off from posting new pix in the BFR thread! Only (semi) kidding :p;)
Hope you all have a great / safe time! :D

Again, computer dies for 3 weeks and I almost miss some crazy stuff. Killer Pictures. I always am amazed when I see how many BFRs in Dargin's thread go to this store!

I will get back with more photos...Kanda Shokai our beloved distributor of 30 years has knocked themselves out entertaining the Ball Family. We are not worthy. We went to the Summer sumo Championships then They hired this GIANT bus for 9 of us and took us to a resort in Izu and we stayed in a traditional Japanese hotel with hot Spring tubs in each room then we Played golf at Kawana which is japans answer to Pebble Beach....Then off to the base of Mt Fuji and antoher traditional hotel but NO INTERNET but beautiful golf course....and so now we are back here in Tokyo for our last night and Im in a suite on the 40th floor of the Tokyo Dome hotel which is adjacent to the place where the Tokyo Giants play baseball and we have great seats.

Will be flying tomorow and back in the desert for 24 hours and then offr to do some Anthony Kim business in Texas...What Jet Lag?

Dargie and brian have hjundreds of photos and I will try to catch up on the report.

i can only thank Kanda Shokai from the bottom of my heart. This is the besxt I have ever been treated on a business trip.

They own Zematis and presented me with a custom Zematis Ukelele! WOw!

so they call them BFR's for a reason. Someone's gotta pay for the Ball Family to reserve some nice tokyo giants seats! BP, it must be great over there. I'm planning a trip there after I graduate High School for the summer, it should be great. How's the food?
