Why didn't someone tell me about this?

Here, they have a John Petrucci 7 Ball Family Reserve Quilt Emerald Burst...

God damnit, that is quite simply the sexiest guitar I have ever seen in my life. I want... no, I need it! I mean, I had planned on getting a BFR somewhere down the line, but you have to go and release an Emerald Green one? There's nothing for it, I don't think I can possibly resist, it must be mine.

...and I was planning a trip to Japan next year. :(

Meh, if I had my choice between the two I'd take the BFR Ken. :p My recent JP6 acquisition has me GAS'ing hardcore for more so I'm tempted to grab another JP or perhaps save for a while and grab a BFR. That amber one a few above the green JP7 is gorgeous too!

It's a hard choice for me, because Japan is to other countries what Musicman are to other guitars. :D

Yeah I feel ya Ken. I'd love to take a trip to Japan myself (seems like a neat country and my Dad has gone there on business travel many times, said it was killer... plus I love Japanese cuisine! :D) however a BFR.... well let's just put it this way: I'm considering saving up to buy one myself.

hehehe...yeah...I actually cannot stand green guitars/basses....I got to mess around with a Dargie at the NAMM show...nice and all....just not my color.

This, however, has changed my mind. I am not sure which one is next for me.....but this one is in the running. :D

Yeah, you should definitely get one. That way, I can snag it when you decide to sell it in two months time! :p
