If I have a SR5 HH, is it worth getting a single H? Or Bongo?

I am considering a second bass. Love my SR5 HH, but considering adding some new tone to the herd.

I had a single H fretless that I LOVED, just couldn't play the darn thing. Tone was fantastic though.

So my challenge:
1. Do I get a single H SR5?
2. Do I splash out past Stingray and try a Bongo?

Which one gives me the most DIFFERENCE vs. my current SR5 HH bass?

Bongo.

The 5HH in the bridge position is as close to the H sound as you would want, and unless you are desperately needing the series or single coil H sounds , you have the SR5 thing wrapped up.

Go Bongo.

Get both!!! SR5 HP fretless and a Bongo HS. You'de have all basses (pun intended) pretty well covered for sure then.

SR5HH vs. SR5 = subtle difference
SR5HH vs. Bongo = not subtle difference

A Bongo will definitely get you a new tone. I enjoy mine a ton.

Yep, I have an SR5 HH and love it but next bass to add to the collection will be Der Bongo. Completely different animal: or should I say Beast?

I have a nice collection of SR5 HH's and I just added an SR5 H. I wasn't sure if it was the right decision, as I bought it for the Sequoia Gold finish, but it reall does have a different tone than the HH's. Plus it only weighs 9.7 pounds!
