Well she's finally here. I have been waiting a long time for this baby to make her appearance. Once again the gang at EB has outdone themselves. I just have to decide FLATS or NO FLATS?

Well she now joins the rest of the family.

Very nice basses you have there. Just curious on how much does an HH ST5 weigh?

Thanks all for the nice comments...

Jack sorry if my pics gave you a little gas...

They weigh exactly 9 pounds on the trusty bathroom scale. Much less than my SR5's that weigh around 11 pounds each! I still love my rays though.:D

Honestly, I thought that all trans finishes were one piece, but I definitely could be wrong. Could someone from EB chime in here?

look at the bottom of the bass, near the strap button thing, if its a 2piece, it should be quite obvious

my 30th is a 2piece, those guys do some really good matching, i thought mine was a one piece for months

I'm not EB, but I do know there are lots of two piece Trans, Burst and Natural bodies around. One piece would be the exception rather than the rule I'd suggest. They do match them beautifully though. It looks like the PBB is two and the Trans Orange is one. Very nice!!

You may also be the first person outside EB to own two Sterling 5s as well. Congrats.

Thanks for the info. If anyone else has any insight on this from EB, please chime in. Do you really think I'm the first person to own 2 Sterling 5's? :D
