I scored another Line 6 Duoverb over the weekend, so I had a rare occurrence of having all my amps in one place, so I decided to do a photo shoot!

I always stack the amp on its side when I use it, hence why they are stacked up like this.

Enjoy!!!

I'm still of the opinion the last version of the AX212 was the best L6 combo. The Soldano model wih some stereo multi tap delay......ahhhhh nice.

I bought a Flextone III a few weeks ago, and really struggled with it. I had some excellent advice from a fellow forumite, and just could not get what I wanted out of it.

The Duoverb is a great amp - try one out if you can, they go for peanuts on the used market.

I have tried the Duo's and liked them.
I found the flextone series to be lacking "attitude". They always seemed to get 90% of the way......

My guitar amp worries are over for now, my wife took care of that problem recently.

The band I used to play bass in, the gutar player used a L6 Vetta 1.
It always sounded great and worked very well. Plus I liked the display :)
By the way are those duo combos heavy as heck or what..???!!

They are quite heavy, they are 63 lbs. Mind you , some of those Mesa Combo's are 100 lbs plus, so they are light in comparison!

I know what you mean , my Mesa DC-5 1x12 was like 80 pounds. Casters were my friend.
I was able to shed a lot of the weight by making my own solid pine head cabinet though. In the end it it gets the sound I need I'll lug around 200 pounds......hmmm sounds like a bass rig :D

I rehearse with a Flextone III Xl, and have found it to sound OK. It is no comparison to my Rocktron-built Egnater TOL 100, but for the money flextone really does a great job. ;)

ahhhhh, looking at the picture of your axe hung by the trap on the amp and having the image of the strap slowly sliping off really bugs my stomach....... :)

That's the amp I have. It's gotten me by for a long time. One day I'll upgrade and go with a tube amp, but this one has worked pretty well and is loud.
