Once again just to re iterate the thanks I posted in Tim Osullivans Morse thread
First off thanks to :-
Dave for organising the event.
Strings n Things for their support - hope the long journey home went ok lads?
Steve Morse for making the night one to remember
Mrs Morse who often looked skywards as Steve eloquently and philosophically explained/answered a whole assortment of questions.
Ernie Ball for their input and support of the event.
Here's a photo montage of the event. - taken on a throw away £3.00 camera!!
Spud arrives "suited and booted" from his day job to perform at his "one off/one of a kind guitar extravaganza"
Only to find that no one turned up as some one called Steve Morse was doing a turn the other side of town
Spud cancels and heads off in that direction
He meets up with Dave B with someone to the side doing a sound check
Sound check photo 2
Sound check photo 3
Spud drools over a couple of geetars
A couple of Shots of No1
This is one side of a wall of guitars on display
Steve initially used No1
Then used Dave's Guitar
which He later signed
Spudmurphy and some other guy in a "who's got the nicest smile competition"
Great to meet up with Ricman and Tim.
Finally - I gotta say that Sequoia Gold (2008 Ltd Edition) is unbelievable in real life - photos just do not do it justice
If you missed the event for whatever reason - "You missed a cracker"!!
