OK So Im on the road with Anthony Kim and while he practices I go on adventures in the guitar world.

First off I went to the Guitar Center on North Central Parkway. Nice clean store and I was shocked as they recognized me.....there goes my super secret stealth spying! THey dont have a platinum room but a lot of basses and a coupla guitars buried in the wall. Really nice guys.

Now to the Farmers Branch store...

What I loved is that these guys were a store full of energetic, knowledgable, and excited
about the business. They had really clean guitars and the Platinum rookm was just fantastic. Our stuff was well represented and they are the only ones not behind glass so you can play them. Here are some shots of the guys there

OVerall I think the GC experience is getting much better and stores like Farmers Branch are really great examples.

Now since Jack lives in Dallas I should go visit him and get some purple room second hand winstons.....Yeah he lives in Dallas......Dallas is a big city. It took awhile to get there and even though I wanted to see the first hand what a Texas Pool Party looks like
I could only stay for a short time...It was a blast

Note to other visitors of the purple room...dont let Jack sit behind you just before the camera click........

Then I did AK business and AK's coach knows the owner of the Texas Rangers so we went to the ball game....Beautiful Ballpark Five stars.....fun game

Off to New York to do the Early Show on CBS and Watch the Golf Channel playing with the Pro's tomorrow night...It was a blast filming it

Very cool BP, yea the purple room is a fun place and yes Jack it is famous, Glad you liked the GC's those are the ones I frequent, especially Farmers Branch, the guys are cool there, glad you enjoyed your trip to the Big D and as always thnaks for sharing.

Phatty the Farmers Branch store is pretty awesome, lots of EBMM now days and all the guys are cool, it is a no pressure store, was hoping to see a pic of Robbie, hes the plantinu room manager and hell of a guy.

BP said he asked about you - they definitely know you there!

LOL thats funny Jack, but they should know me there dropped some dime in that place.

I was planning a trip to that store on Saturday to get some strings and just browse but got calld in to work, timing is everything

A Canon 10mp IXY that I bought in Japan. It is just fabulous...the battery lasts forever and it really takes great shots
