The only way to rectify such a precarious situation is to dedicate ones self to learning the entire Keeper Of The Seven Keys Part II album by Helloween. Doing that makes everything in the world right again, believe me. Hahahaha.

Good point lol

Unfortunately it was a combination of us being too "loud." The drummer is a separate issue.

Well...you're not a Peter Paul and Mary tribute band...what did they expect?

As for the drummer...well..he's a drummer...are you surprised? :D

Cant Wait.

Its funny. I refresh this page like five times a day just to see if theres any news. Im getting really pumped up about this guitar. I decided to go with the seven string mytic dream and if my mom doesn't kick my ass for buying it I might go with a 6 too some time later. Although thats pretty far away because I only have like 500 dollars saved up. lol. But I really don't have a choice this guitar is necessary.

By the way I just bought the Suspended Animation Tab book. It was out of print for a couple weeks because they made a mistake with the table of contents because it said how many pages the song was instead of where it started in the book. Well I got mine today and they sent me the misprinted one and they glued the right table of contents over it. I just said that because I thought it was sort of funny, but the book is pretty sweet.:D

Believe me, young sir. Our day of reckoning will come soon. I have no use for a seven string, but am going to debate the possibility just because I officially will be able to. In a way, this is like Christmas and Sterling is our Santa Claus so to speak.

I want the 7th string just so I have it if I need it. I enjoy Dream Theater and there has been quite a few times where I'd be bummed because I needed one. I also only play recreational for fun in my spare time. If I was in a band I would probably go with the 6 string just because I wouldn't want to be kid that had a 7 for no real reason. I personally don't feel that I'm at a level where a jp guitar is necessary. But I gonna keep practicing and hopefully make it worth it. If not I could always just hang it up on the wall to look at the beauty of it.

Whoa there cowboy. It doesn't matter if you're at the level or not. If you are, great. If not, having the guitar will make you get to that level. Due to my workload, I am nothing more than a bedroom player currently. That won't stop me from getting a JP6 or two, believe me. We don't need justification. We just need the cash.

It's September now, which means that if the original release date is anywhere near on mark, then we only have one more month to go before the best left handed guitar gets released! Huzzah!

I was told that is a tentative release date for it, so we'll just have to wait and see. I don't know where they're at with everything else they've been taking on, so we'll just have to cross our fingers and hope that it works out well!

Congrats to all you lefties. I'm glad you guys will finally get to enjoy the pure perfection that is the John Petrucci signature guitar.

I think I may very well be the only guy that will be playing blues, jazz R&B and soul with my JP. I think the pickups are going to be too damned hot, so I'll throw in something a little more calming. Huzzah for PAF Pros!

Hey Scott. I just read your signature. You can't order a Desert Gold JP anymore, so chances are you'll be stuck with a Mystic Dream one. It's sweet how lack of sales pretty much decided what color you're getting!
