Such a great guitar. My Rosey is my go to axe right now. So comfortable and sounds great on everything.

Is that a one piece rosewood body? I believe even the George Harrison rosewood tele was two pieces glued together. I've never even heard of any other all rosewood guitars.

I think if the Rosewood neck option had been made available without the rosewood top they would be far more popular. I think the distinctive look does put a few people off.

I bet you are right. I happen to love the look of natural wood so it looks awsome to me but as has been mentioned before some people would love a rosewood neck with a quilt or maple top. I have to assume it is not in lareg demand. Who know what the future brings though, after all not to many other companies have as many choices as EBMM. The fact that they are not up charging for the rosewood option really rocks for me. That other company that made guitars with the RW neck only had that on guitars that cost more.

Thanks for the info BP. I have kept up with the rosewood issue just a bit and for some reason I thought only the Brazilian kind was in trouble. What type of rosewood is EBMM using or does it vary. I think that my hunches have been correct and I need to jump on a rosewood ASS will I can

I can't handle the pressure of it all...Rosewood...Silo...It's like putting a fat kid in a bakery and telling him you can have anything, ANYTHING you want...just ask...

BP...from a genious stand point, would it be fair to put you in a position to ask what do you suggest? Rosewood or Silo?? I appreciate your imput.... ;)

That is one smart lady!
BOth........

How does he like the regular axis? The rosewood is a little smoother and mellower sounding and that may be a problem...The Silo is a great all around machine....... He really needs to play both through his rig and decide.....The other thing is that you can pick up five diferent ones and one will feel just right and you end up not caring about the color.......I hoope that you and mr vail come to the bash next year.....
