I took me a while to bond with the LEAL(because my other AL is soooooo nice to play).
A few months ago I set it up with a floating trem and I so much enjoy playing it.
It is a fantastic instrument. Those MM90's are great pickups too.

Roll back the Vol/Tone and they take on a new vibe (not like my Les Laul which when you roll back the knobs is all or nothing).

Those 06 Limited Editions are not everybodys cup of tea with the gold hardware - but what the hell my LP has gold fittings and there's no reason why the AL shouldn't have them too.

What people forget is that EB raised it's prices in 06 but left the LE's price unaltered.

There can't be many of them about and will surely become a collectors item.

I can't really chose between my 2 AL's now - although I love the Piezo in the BCB.
