Thought I would revive this thread as I got some pics of me, and I'm sure theres new guys on here without pics up!

Why did I sell that funk machine??!! Oh well, glad you're enjoying it, and it's always good for a bass to get to experience life in a different country/culture.

That bass is fantastic, I can't believe you sold it. As much as I want a bongo, I don't believe I ever will.

She is literally the most incredible singer I have ever heard. I think we are playing mustang sally here.

Wow, there seems to be more interest in 'the girl'* than Zak's basses. She really is an amazing singer. I'll try and get some pics up of me at that gig, it was one of the funnest performances i've ever done.

*(I thought I wouldn't post her name for internet reasons)

EDIT: Here's a rubbish pic of me at the same gig. I'll find better ones later but you can just about see my ray.

Not sure how I missed this thread before now. Anyway, I cropped this one a bit for my avatar, but here's the full pic:

Here I am at today's gig lurking in dark corners plotting my next sinister fill.

I would have thought the silly string would have been just a secondary concern compared with the complication of playing with the top horn of the bass rubbing against your chin :D

haha, nice. I tell you it's much more comfortable playing at that level.:)

That Dargie is hard to photograph!

And the 'obliged' look at me being a moron picture: (non EBMM content warning!)

Man, I love that bongo. Sweet. Really, really sweet. I'm sure I've seen these pics before, what is the story behind this gig?

We're the ship's band and we often play during "steel beach picnics" like this one (the grills and the food are off camera). I look bored because I am tired of playing "Cruisin'" and "My Favorite Mistake".
