I played it two nights ago, and mid-set the double humbucker setting stopped working. Only the setting with the full bridge pickup, and the inner two coils on both humbuckers are working. I'm on your right now and I can't really drop it off anywhere. I looked inside the back electronics cover, and no wires appeared to be loose or anything. There's also a brand new battery. Any suggestions?

I'm having similar issues with a HS. Customer service has been great. I would recommend talking with Dan over there. He is right on with his service and gives a lot of no nonsense advice. I dealt with AJ and he seems a little more impatient. Ultimately they want to look at it .

yes, I called customer service, they were also very helpful, and they told me to send it in. Unfortunately I'm on tour right now and paying for shipping to get it out there would put me 50 much needed dollars in the hole. I may just wait until I get home to ship it out for free from my job. Unless they want to give me a factory you while they fix my bass when I'm out in California in a week or so...

Since you're on tour presumably you have a backup bass with you, so why don't you just chill and enjoy your tour, and get the bass looked at by EBMM CS when you're back home. The internet is a pretty useful tool, but last time I looked in a computer shop I didn't see any PCs with the ability to teleport something as big as a bass guitar across the country for free.
