I'm serious BP, I keep coming back to this thread and just staring at the freakin' new proto pics!!

absolutely Gob Smacked!

there is so much going on in the design, it's as though it's rooted in " '53" but there is waaaaay too much else happening and so much more going on that makes it beyond the "Jetsons".

That looks #$#$% AMAZING!

What will be the approximate weight for the fiver?

Sux for me though. I just bought a house, Bongo, and we're doing TONS of renovations, so my wallet is VERY thin...:(

we are still working on the electronics...we are revoicing it....

Here is it in a nutshell This is the bass partner to the axis guitar. it is really fun and light and got gobs of tone......

it would be lovely if one switch is for boosting lowmids at 100-150Hz...

Whoooa...I'm in.

I sent the pictures to my wife and the band..just to get them ready.

So I saw two basses;
one with the 3 Singles, one tilted, and one with the MM Buck...guessing we'll have a choice in configuration?

You got me with 'fun and light and Gobs and of tone" I'll take a 3 tone burst please.

Great Work!

Cheers,
MK

I love the concept, the design, the execution... everything. This body shape will just kill with binding! I have the most GAS for the SSS (viva la difference)!, followed by HSS.

Where's the skinny string version!!!!

:D

(just a joke, I know you guys are rammed out with the bass. It really does look fantastic, I'm a huge fan of the axis shape)

As i am someone who can not sit around long wondering... i had to photoshop something together to try to see an end product. If this i anything close to the end product i will be calling Brandt at TPB again. JOSH

The proto shots of the axis shape didn't really excite me as much as the AL body bass but that photoshop one is looking slightly better. To be honest I thought the new shape was gonna be based on the silo.

Still think you should have gone with the AL shape but thats just my opinion... It's not too late BP.

Sweet, I really can't wait to try one of those badboys. It's going to be damn near impossible to find one of those HERE.
