I started to freak out a couple of hours ago when I was told by my local retailer that my amazing 20th Anni SR5 that was in for service had an issue that might not be repairable!
Anyways, I sent a quick email to EBMM support and I recieved an email AND phone call within THE HOUR!!!
I spoke to Beth on the phone and the issue was taken care of immediately.
In a matter of weeks, my SR5 (with a pretty serious non-quality related problem) is going to be better than new!

P.S. Not to mention any names or anything, but Fender didn't call me back in an hour when I had a similar problem recently!
