I started to freak out a couple of hours ago when I was told by my local retailer that my amazing 20th Anni SR5 that was in for service had an issue that might not be repairable!

Anyways, I sent a quick email to EBMM support and I recieved an email AND phone call within THE HOUR!!! I spoke to Beth on the phone and the issue was taken care of immediately.

In a matter of weeks, my SR5 (with a pretty serious non-quality related problem) is going to be better than new!

Thanks Beth!

P.S. Not to mention any names or anything, but Fender didn't call me back in an hour when I had a similar problem recently!:p:D

Mind if i ask what the issue was? My guess is warped neck?
And yeah, i wouldn't trust fender to reply so fast, if at all!

How about let's not know what the "problem" is as he said it was not a QC issue. At least not on the forum because it opens up a big can of alligators. Maybe he can PM you. Just saying because of past "issues" became a 90 page thread of garbage. Not picking on you bro...just been here long enough to know how this "could" end up.

Sorry to go OT...but...I was challenged. Here is your can of alligators!

EDIT - Let's use Bovine's pic....the only one I could find on short notice was a bit much. Apologies to unrepentant if I offended you. /EDIT.

Now back to how Beth rocks and what a wonderful person she is!

Hey, uh... A.J. is pretty cool too.

Had the pleasure of speaking to him once.

Just thought I'd throw that in there.

I know from personal experience that I have never received more fantastic customer service then with EBMM. The product speaks for itself, but there is no doubt that knowing that you will be well taken care of should there be any unexpected problems in the future is very reassuring.
