I love EBMM Because..........


1. Customer Service! Its top notch!
2. The quality control is superb
3. The feel and playability is amazing
4. The parts are top quality
5. They don't cut corners

I know its just cosmetic, But Im seeing less and less Birdseye as of late and that makes me sad

I don't love EB, but I agree their Customer Service is really good. I especially like how a real person answers the phone. My first Music Man purchase has not been very positive, but CS has been very helpful, can't say the same for my dealer, but oh well. I hope my next BFR will make me fall in love with EBMM. Visually, they are stunning.

I love EB for a couple of reasons:
Excellent Product, my two axis guitars made me hate to play anything else (literally, I can't stand the feel of other guitars)
But the best part is how they stand behind the products. I can't say enough how great they are if you have a problem. What other company has the owner send you a set of strings when you break one after a week? They are fantastic, and I will always be a customer.

My EVH is a really unique guitar and has just always had some mojo to it....just an all around great guitar with great tones and great playability. EB necks always seem to play smoothly and have a great feel, consistently.

Consistency is something you typically get with boutique gear, but EBMM seems to maintain great consistency along with excellent values; not many company's can give you that.

*Musicman Axis - the "neck/fretboard" are to die for.

*Ernie Ball Super Slinky Classic Rock n Roll Pure Nickel Strings. The only strings I've used since birth.

I couldn't agree with that statement more. You hit the nail right on the head. Out of all the times I've called EB, whether it was for a CS question, to order a part or whatever, I've always been greeted with hospitality, and felt like an endorsee for receiving such stellar treatment. Other companies that I've dealt with come nowhere close to the treatment and service you get with EB.

Everytime I've talked to AJ, Dan, or Aziah on the phone with a customer service related query, I always feel like I'm talking to a brother or sister, and I love that feeling. It definitely is cool to have a good relationship with such awesome folks. I hope to meet you guys from CS at the next bash whenever that may be. Thanks for all the help over the years!

All of the above!!! I aquired my first EBMM almost 2 years ago. At the time I had 3 or 4 strats, a tele and an SG Stnd.

As you can see by my signature, things have changed alot

I have never ever been happier with guitars in my life.
