I just discovered Chemical Wedding, a Bruce Dickinson solo album.

OMG, what a masterpiece. You have to get the expanded album because it has "Real World" and "Return of the King" great tracks.

Chemical Wedding is my favorite Dickinson album. Accident of Birth is also great but Chemical Wedding is really magic. Jerusalem is perhaps my favorite song (with King in Crimson, The Tower and Return of the King).
I saw the concert in Paris (in 1998) during the Chemical Wedding tour. It is one of the best concert I've seen. Bruce and Adrian Smith were really in great shape.
You have a good live album called Scream For Me Brazil that was recorded during this tour.
I have also the bootleg of the Paris show ...;) (and one recorded in Norway also).

You have also a DVD called Bruce Dickinson Anthology with the Scream for me Brazil show.

besides in my opinion Bruce is great man, very kind and helpful :) He helped to make my dream come true - a huge one :))

He has his own radio show on BBC 6 Music. It's called Friday's Rock Show. Youvbcan listen to the show through your web browser. He plays variety of rock orientated music, sometimes you can discover new, fine stuff. Plus his dj abilities are amazingly good and funny.

Sorry for the off-topic, just thought it may come handy.

cheers,
Mike

BEST OF LUCK IN 2009 !!

Sumed it up nicely.

Chemical Wedding is great! So heavy and groovy.

Jerusalem!! -The retooling of William Blake's poem is quite simply amazing!
It is a fantastic song and the live version off his best of is incendiary!!! I was awestruck when i first heard the live version!

Scream for me Brazil is a great live albulm, for me it's like the heavy equivalent of Frampton Comes Alive haha..

Chemical is the best album I have heard in years. My favorite song is Book of Thel.
I have ordered a set of Beefy Slinky's coated/titanium for my BFR LUKE to downtune, as they did on this album.

Jerusalem is good, but the ELP version is the definitive one for me.

Amazon is selling Tatooed Millionare remastered for $6.99.

Adrian Smith and Roy Z on guitars for Chemical Wedding...

Adrian Smith is really an underrated guitarist. His albums with Psycho Motel are really great. His contribution on Dickinson's albums is also great (just check the Man of Sorrow solo).
Adrian Smith, Steve Morse and Berton Averre are for me the Holy Trinity.
