Yes, that's Laurie Wisefield.
He used to be with Wishbone Ash and the Tina Turner Band. He is also playing in the Queen Musical "We will rock you" (in the band, not as an actor).
There was a long interview with him recently in a guitar magazine here in Germany and he has two or three Lukes that he is using.

Wow - Laurie Wisefield now that brings back memories - I saw him in his first gig with Wishbone Ash, who coincidentally have appeared on the BBC 4 Progressive Rock prog tonight.

I was on the board a few years ago when he was playing and that aint him i'm affraid,he gigs a lot with a local bands to me called the SAS band with a few other good people.

Actually, that looks really like a guy I knew used to know from around here, called Simon Homer. Don't know whether it is or not, it was a good while ago.
