Ah, just like my old one. Not sure I'd want to buy from punk rockers if I was in the market anyway! Plus in one pic on their auction the guitar is a hardtail and in another it has a trem. hmmm!

Yah agree, but you could always email them for real pictures to see the real condition.

There was one more, pretty much the exact same thing. My Sport is this set up and I have to say it's the best combination.

Thanks Glenn,

Those are great! Now it opens up a whole new can of worms. TRem or hardtail? Maple or Rosewood. Man, I wish I had one to try out beforehand!!!!

Jack, really which one man?? Shrewsbury?? Is it a Sport or an ASS??

Glenn |B)

Look at their on line site (or don't if you don't have the budget).....

It's not physically in Shrewsbury, but you could get it there. White ASS mm90 trem.

Don't ask me about the orange fully loaded JP they have, though. Just don't ask......

Anybody have a MM-90 loaded Axis Sport that they'd be willing to let me borrow, just to try it out?? I'd pay shipping both ways, and swear on a stack of bibles that I will send it back to you in its original condidtion (ie, the way it was when you shipped it to me), maybe even with a new set of Titanium Coated Hybrid Slinkies as a thank you.

Alternately, Rob, I'd be glad to help you with getting an Axis Sport, if you'll let me try it out before I send it your way.

Man, i want one SOOO bad, but I think my wife will kill me if I spend money on a guitar right now.

I even like how the bridge gains up, its not thin at all.

agreed.....couldn't make that assesment until tonight....something just clicked (not literally) and I really started enjoying those bridge tones. Better check my amp, sometimes my daughter sneeks in there and changes it up without my knowledge......I guess I'll need to thank her if she did.

I'm actually going clean on it right now at a relatively low volume.....getting a little bit of country twang in there but I'm digging in and getting some amazing percussion........

.......these pickups are just outstanding!
