I'm shocked that nobody here has purchased one yet. Is it the color? The minihumbuckers? I was close to pulling the trigger on one with the limited BFR RW neck option, but I really wanted to play it first. I also wanted to see what it looked like in person. I suspect it's nicer in person than it is in photos. Also, I think the new setup (regular HH + the new top) will really change the sound.

I can't wait for Pete to post a video! No pressure Pete ;)

If I had the money (and both 25th instruments and a few others  ) I'd hold on until I heard it, I have no idea how those minibuckers sound, and I think I heard some clip of them somewhere that I didn't like...

Now I'm confused. I thought when Dargin posted the Gold Roller changes that the minibuckers were being replaced by standard full size humbuckers. Maybe I read that wrong.

He said the bridge would be a custom wound humbucker, then confirmed that it would still be "mini" - Don't let the "mini" fool you, these are hard-hitting in your face pickups. I am LOVING them! Clips tomorrow

This one is mahogany and is fantastically light!

The pics in the BFR thread are very nice too! I think I had visions of angels playing gold rollers when I looked at them. Heavenly!
